Balancing

Today we learned balancing with a frissbee when throwing and catching.

First I have to pass the frissbee to my partner but we have to balance when catching it.

Next I have to say go and throw the frissbee for my partner to catch on the chase and after that I have to chase the frissbee when my partner says go.

Last we played ultimate frisbee. I have to shoot the frisbee to the goal thing so we have 1 point.

I like this activity because it helped me learn how to throw the frisbee equipment while balancing.
